8. Delivery and Payment Policy

We offer worldwide delivery using trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 25 to 35 business days for domestic orders, and international shipping times may vary depending on customs procedures and destination.

Delivery costs are clearly shown during the checkout process. Your account will only be charged once the payment is confirmed as successful. All payments are handled securely via certified payment providers.

8.1. Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

9. Export and Customs Restrictions

Buyers are responsible for complying with any local laws and import/customs regulations. We do not take responsibility for restrictions, additional charges, or delays that may arise due to customs processes in the destination country.

If any legal, regulatory, or logistical limitations exist that affect the sale or delivery of a product, we will notify the customer before proceeding with the order.

10. Return and Refund Policy

You may request a refund or return in accordance with our return policy if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. The cancellation of an order or service may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be informed in advance of any additional costs associated with returns, cancellations, or order modifications.

In case of refund requests related to payments made via cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Dina), the refund will be made by reversing the original transaction to the same card used for payment.

11. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering credit card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies available.

Payment data security is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd. The entire payment process is carried out on the bank's secure pages. At no time are credit card details available to our system.
